LARGE SCAM

BY A PEP

A leading commodity trader found its $100 Mln advance payment at risk following the decision of its PEP controlled provider’s decision not to deliver. Insidious threats were blocking the client to visit the country to negotiate. SAG deployed its forensic and negotiating resources to solve the issue.

BRAND EXPOSED

BY COUNTERFEIT

An international luxury brand was facing mass media bashing after the deaths of dozens of individuals from the consummation of counterfeited alcohol. SAG coordinated communication countering measures and deployed experts in support to local authorities to resolve the crisis.

MARKET EXIT

IN ISC CONTEXT

A payment world leader facing with international sanctions limitations in Russia had to leave the market exposing itself to $100 Mln of liabilities and to abandon multi-billions USD revenue, as well as exposing itself to local authorities and customers' backlash. SAG successfully mitigated the exit.

INDUSTRIAL INCIDENT

An Asian automotive plant suffered an explosion in its painting room causing five fatalities. SAG activated the Crisis Cell Structure to oversee and handle all internal and external communications and to guide the business recovery and continuity steps.

LICENSE LOSS POLITICALLY DRIVEN

A top Tier-one Audit company was threatened to lose its license, and under politically motivated court proceeding, due to its business relation with an opponent to the country government. SAG dispatch its crisis cell protocol, operative and negotiators to solve this crisis.

STAFF SEQUESTRATION

A European construction company experienced the illegal detention of seven of its employees on-site by a regional client claiming immediate payment of damages due to delay in delivery.
